Our Dentists
Dr. Lance S. Miller
A native of Newville, PA, Dr. Lance S. Miller attended Big Spring High School where he was a three sport athlete in soccer, swimming, and baseball. Dr. Miller also achieved the Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, fly tying and spending time with his wife, Mandi, and his sons, Owen and Max.
Dr. Miller earned his B.S. in Biology from Millersville University where he also played on the Marauder baseball team.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University's Dental school where he was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Miller is the third generation to attend Temple's Dental school, following his father and grandfather in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Miller completed a general practice residency at the VA Hospital of Pittsburgh, receiving advanced training in oral surgery, implant placement and restorations, endodontics, and fixed and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Miller takes pride in providing the latest and most advanced treatment to his patients. He looks forward to working with staff, and providing individual and personal care to the patients at Willow Street Dental and Brownstown Dental.
Dr. Olivia Fleischer
Dr. Olivia Fleischer grew up in Bangor, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree from Juniata College in 2016. She then earned her doctorate degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry in 2020, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Isadore Auerbach Memorial Award for academic and clinical excellence. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Fleischer went into private practice as an associate in Massachusetts, where she spent four years improving her skills in preventative, restorative, crown/bridge, denture, surgical, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Fleischer believes in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach when it comes to patient care. She enjoys educating and discussing all possible treatment options with her patients in order to create the best possible outcomes for them. Her main goals are patient comfort and satisfaction.
Dr. Fleischer moved back to her home state of Pennsylvania in 2024, and currently resides in Lititz with her husband Benjamin and their dog Sully. They are expecting their first son in July. In her spare time, Dr. Fleischer enjoys traveling, swimming, crocheting, and baking.
